I work where business, product, technology, AI, and delivery meet.
I am a product and delivery leader who has built technology, run projects, coached teams, owned products, and led execution — and I now use AI to make all of it faster without letting quality quietly disappear.
Most of my work starts in ambiguity: a strong ambition, competing expectations, and no shared definition of what should happen first. My job is to make that decidable, then make it deliverable.
